Jesus Is Our Focus

We know it’s not about us. Even though life can be crazy sometimes, Jesus has to be the center of it all. Proper perspective is important. We aim to keep our eyes on Christ, His Word, and His ways. It is about exalting Christ above all else.

Worship Is Our Response

We believe God is worthy of worship no matter the circumstance. We proclaim His goodness with a relentless spirit. We worship when the mountain is in front of us and when it is thrown into the sea.

Prayer Is Our Practice

We are a house of prayer. Prayer is a vital part of our daily life, not our last resort. Through prayer we reveal our heart to God and He reveals His heart to us. We boldly ask God to intervene in our life and the lives of those around us.

Generosity Is Our Privilege

Generosity is not just an act, it’s a way of life. We aim to live generously. We are never more like Jesus than when we’re giving. We follow His example of generosity and give our time, talents, and treasures to honor God and serve those around us.

Discipleship Is Our Mission

God loves everyone as they are, but loves them too much to keep them that way. God calls us to lead, teach, and serve people in a way that helps them get close to His heart and become like Him in their character. Developing fully devoted followers of Jesus is our reason for existing.

Obedience Is Our Sacrifice

God uses His Word and His Spirit to shape us. We are people of the Word and we lean into the Holy Spirit for guidance, direction, correction, and vision. Our heart is to obey God wholeheartedly and at all costs.

Unity Is Our Passion

We were all created by God intentionally and specifically. In God’s intentional design, we have all been given different perspectives, preferences, purposes, and pasts. Our passion is to be unified in spite of these differences. We focus on what we have in common, so that the enemy doesn’t have space to use our differences to pull us from the vision that He has given us as a church. We are all loved by God, objects of His grace, and being pursued by Him. We want to practice for Heaven, where differences do not matter and the focus is glorifying our Creator. We can bring the peace of Heaven down to Earth when we're united. We stand with each other and for each other.

Encouragement Is Our Method

We speak to the king in every person. We glorify God by honoring, encouraging, and empowering each other. We aim to use our words and actions to build others up and see their value in Jesus. We want to do all things in an honoring way.
